POST Add resources to a project

You can add one or more resources to a project using this endpoint

Endpoint

POST https://api.timekit.io/v2/projects/{id}/resources

The request body is a JSON array of the resource IDs you want to add (the array itself, not an object wrapping it). Resources that are already on the project stay on it. The added resources are placed at the end of the project's resource order, which is used by the roundrobin_prioritized mode. To replace the whole list instead, use Set resources on a project.

A successful request returns 204 No Content with an empty body.

🔒 Changing a project's resources through the API is not available on all plans. See Create a project for details.

Parameters

Name In Type Required Default Description
id path string yes ID of the project
(request body) body array_string yes Array of IDs of the resources you want to add to the project

Request examples

curl
curl --request POST \
  --url https://api.timekit.io/v2/projects/<id>/resources \
  --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  --user :test_api_key_nvHfRSlhvsnlg4rS7Wt28Ty47qdgegwSu3YK7hPW \
  --data '[
    "<id>",
    "<id>",
    "<id>"
  ]'

To add a single resource, send an array with one ID:

curl
curl --request POST \
  --url https://api.timekit.io/v2/projects/<id>/resources \
  --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  --user :test_api_key_nvHfRSlhvsnlg4rS7Wt28Ty47qdgegwSu3YK7hPW \
  --data '[
    "<id>"
  ]'
